The Badge of Honour
Bright and Bubbly I walked into assembly knowing I was going to get my badge of honour, (seek the heights for sport.) I impatiently sat there waiting and waiting for the princible to call out my name. The minute I heard it I came rushing up to the front of assembly. I heard clapping and cheering as I walked up the aisle. As I was walking I heard the princible name things I did to achieve this badge. Things like interschool x-country, interschool swimming and athletics, Rex Graham tournament and more. I was getting happier and happier as I was getting closer to the badge. When I arrived at the front I proudly shook hands with the princible, waved to mum and dad cheerfully and walked back down the aisle carefully putting the badge of honour on. I stood up with my class ready to leave assembly feeling amazing!
